Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse – Georgia

Schedule: Progressive Care Unit assignment with patient ratios of 1:3-4

Highlights:

• 28-bed Progressive Care Unit/Intermediate Care Unit specializing in cardiac patient population
• Diverse case mix including STEMI, NSTEMI, cardiothoracic surgery patients, and chest pain protocols
• Experience with cardiac drips required (Milrinone, Dobutamine, Pressors)
• May include telemetry bed assignments with lower acuity patients within the same unit
• Opportunity to work in a large, high-volume facility with advanced cardiac care capabilities
• Collaborative nursing team environment focused on critical cardiac interventions

Requirements:

• Active Georgia RN license or compact state license with ability to practice in Georgia
• Minimum 2 years of documented Progressive Care Unit or Intermediate Care Unit experience
• Previous experience in a similar-sized facility required
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required
• Demonstrated competency with cardiac drip management and cardiac patient populations
• Professional badge photo and complete demographic documentation required for credentialing
