Imaging Service Engineer 3

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Imaging Service Engineer III to support medical imaging equipment operations at Moses Cone Health in Greensboro, North Carolina.
This role is responsible for performing advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and technical support for a variety of medical imaging systems to ensure equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently in support of patient care.

Pay Range

$55.74 per hour - $72.13 per hour

Perform advanced inspection, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and maintenance of diagnostic imaging and therapeutic radiation equipment.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support safety initiatives, documentation, and audit readiness.
Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to staff, fostering professional development and consistent performance.
Collaborate with clinical teams to identify and resolve technology-related issues impacting patient care and workflow.
Lead or contribute to cybersecurity efforts including risk assessment, incident response, strategy implementation, and compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission.
Manage operational and fiscal responsibilities, including purchasing, resource planning, customer relations, and support of business development activities.
