Available shifts:

• Mon-Fri 7:30 am to 3:30pm

• Mon-Thur 7am to 5pm or Tues-Fri, 7am to 5pm - M-Thur 12pm-10pm or Tues-Fri 12PM-10PM,

• 2 Days (Sa-Su, Sun/Mon) 7:30am-5:30pm or 10pm to 8am or 12pm to 10pm,

• 3 days (Sat-Mon) 7:30 am-5:30 pm or 10pm to 8 am or 12pm to 10pm

Psychologist Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and screenings.

• Provide individual and group counseling to patients with mental health and behavioral health needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and behavioral interventions.

• Assess patients for mental health conditions, emotional concerns, and behavioral issues.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation and patient records.

• Provide education and guidance to patients on coping strategies, behavioral health, and wellness.

• Follow applicable clinical, ethical, confidentiality, and facility standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current, valid, and unrestrictedCA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

• Minimum of one (1) year previous related working experience within the last 36 months

• Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
