Commercial Litigation Paralegal | Nashville, TN


An established Nashville law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned litigation professional who is comfortable managing deadlines, supporting attorneys on complex matters, and navigating both state and federal court procedures.


Qualifications:

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Commercial litigation experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and case management
• State and federal court filing experience required
• Experience preparing and organizing pleadings, discovery, exhibits, and other litigation materials
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
