Corporate Development Executive

Seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially minded Head of Corporate Development, the full-time position will build and lead the M&A function from the ground up, driving a high-velocity roll-up strategy for transactions in the lower middle market while reporting directly to the CFO in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Establish Harbor's inaugural corporate development infrastructure, playbooks, and processes Build and maintain a robust, proprietary deal pipeline through direct outreach and industry networking Independently manage the full deal lifecycle, from negotiation through diligence and closing Required qualifications 6-10 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking and corporate development or private equity Proven track record of underwriting and closing transactions within the $5M-$100M Total Enterprise Value range Hands-on experience in a high-velocity roll-up platform Prior deal execution experience in tech-enabled business services or related sectors Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in a greenfield environment
