Lead Process Engineer - Capital Projects & Safety

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a Lead Engineer to supervise a team of engineers and process designers, delivering process engineering services on time and within budget. You will drive technical direction, develop design criteria, and ensure adherence to safety and code standards across major capital projects. The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of experience in chemical, biochemical, or petroleum process design, with PE/CPIP preferred and strong leadership capabilities.
