Required Skills
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Anesthesiology
- Fellowship training in Pediatric Anesthesiology
- Valid medical license in the state of practice
- Proven experience in pediatric anesthesia, especially in cardiac cases
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience supporting cardiac cath/EP labs and cardiac imaging procedures
- Familiarity with pediatric anesthesia protocols in a hospital setting
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
- Prior experience in a stand-alone pediatric hospital environment
Preferred Education and Experience
- Fellowship completed in Pediatric Anesthesiology
- Minimum of 2 years of post-fellowship clinical experience in pediatric cardiac anesthesia
- Prior experience working in a hospital transitioning to a standalone pediatric facility is a plus
Other Requirements
- Willingness to start on or before May 16, 2026
- Ability to travel if required for licensure or certifications
- All relevant certifications including ACLS, PALS, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
