Harmony Utica Ridge is hiring a Speech Therapist (SLP) to design and implement therapy programs that help patients improve their communication and swallowing abilities. This full‑time, part‑time, or PRN position is ideal for new grads and clinical fellows. Responsibilities Design, implement, and direct customized speech therapy programs. Provide counseling, prevention, and wellness strategies. Conduct screenings and diagnoses of communication and swallowing disorders. Deliver direct treatment to help patients improve speech, language, and swallowing function. Work closely with residents and staff to develop and adjust individualized care plans. Qualifications State of Iowa Speech‑Language Pathologist license – or eligibility to sit for board exams.
