ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 1992 and is a small, close-knit team of two full-time members, with plans to grow. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a business analyst in the insurance industry, which gave me a strong foundation in both the technical and service sides of the business. I also come from a family of State Farm agents, so helping people protect what matters most has always been part of my life.

I attended Indiana University, am married with grown children, and now enjoy time with my grandchild. Family is incredibly important to me, and that same family-first mindset carries into the way our office operates. I’m also a founding board member of the Boone County Mentoring Partnership, and staying involved in the community has always been a priority.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Teresa Susong - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
