Sales Assistant for Special Events Company

Job Description
As Sales Assistant at DE Expo & Event Services you would have the following responsibilities:
•Assist in generating, sending out and updating proposals & contracts
•Fielding calls and assisting clients with questions when appropriate.
•Organizing, sending and receiving tradeshow order packets & floor plans.
•Monitoring show files, deadlines and assisting with event check-off lists.
•Being a communication link between the Production and the Sales Dept.
•Managing and tracking all incoming and outgoing event freight.
•Assisting Sales Manager with all social media and website updates.
•Create & coordinate show production schedule
•Overseeing all signage orders before & after that are produced.
•Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge preferred
•Previous event knowledge is helpful
