Assistant Manager MVR

Position Domino's Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers. This role requires strong leadership, judgment, math, and multitasking skills. Job Responsibilities Oversee all events during the shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Set a positive example and enforce all policies and procedures 100% of the time. Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, appearance standards, customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. Qualifications General job duties for all store team members. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Training Orientation and training provided on the job. Communication Skills Ability to comprehend and provide correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person. Essential Functions / Skills Accurately perform basic arithmetic and make correct monetary change. Verbal, written, and phone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination to perform rapid, accurate movements with speed. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather while removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to above 90°F in some areas. Sudden temperature changes while working. Fumes from food odors. Exposure to cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler. Hot surfaces and tools from oven up to 500°F or higher. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Physical Requirements Standing for most tasks, walking short distances, and occasional stair/ladder use. Lifting up to 50 pounds for bulk product deliveries and stacking up to 72 inches high. Carrying items such as cans, sauce, dollies, and dough trays weighing up to 12 lb. Pushing or pulling dollies or trays up to 30 inches, requiring up to 7.5 lb of force. Climbing stairs or ladders infrequently for maintenance. Stooping, bending, crouching, and squatting for stocking and cleaning tasks. Reaching above 72 inches for oven controls, price changes, and shelf work. Hand tasks requiring sustained eye‑hand coordination and frequent use of arms, elbows, forearms, and wrists.
