Essential Duties of the DeputyProject Leader:Leading the design and deployment of Integrated Infrastructure and telecommunications systemsCoordinating and running a project kick-off meeting (PKOM) and key monthly project (KPR) reviewsForecasting cash flow and manpower needs for projectsAssuring a timely completion of a project including the completion of punch-list items, the submittal of accurate as-built drawings, operation, and maintenance manualsQualifications of theDeputy Project Leader:Minimum 4+ years of experience in construction specific to Telecommunications & Security Systems with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Science, Information Technology, Construction Management, or Engineering disciplineProficiency in the Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling Method and General Contractor SchedulesExtensive experience leading diverse teams & projects with construction budgets valued between $500K - $10M+ in Telecommunication ScopesMinimum 2+ years of experience & established knowledge in complex markets on projects specific to Federal Aviation, & Government Airports, Higher-Education, Information Transit Systems is preffered Compensation for theDeputy Project Leader:$100,000 - $125,000 (based on experience)Comprehensive benefit package; Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP, PTO, paid holidays, sick Leave as required by lawThis job opens for applications on 8/11/26.
