**What You’ll Do**
As a Financial Professional, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their financial situation and create a customized plan to help them achieve their goals. Our approach is rooted in education—we teach clients how money grows, how we are taxed on that growth, the types of accounts that can be leveraged to build wealth, and key financial principles that most people are never taught.
Using our six-step financial process, you’ll guide clients through strategies to:
-Increase cash flow
-Build an emergency fund
-Manage debt and credit
-Protect assets
-Accumulate wealth
-Planning for generational wealth transfer

**Who We’re Looking For**
-18+ years old
-Resident of the U.S. or Puerto Rico
-Able to pass a background check and state licensing exams
-Strong time management and communication skills
-Detail-oriented, coachable, and eager to learn
