Restaurant Manager
$70k131 Main Restaurant
Day to Day operations and Team development Comp based on experience starting at $70,000. Annual financial reviews are tied to performance. Our turnover rate is the lowest in the industry. Two weeks of paid vacation with additional vacation days added for every year of service. Major medical health insurance coverage with graduating participation by the company. 16 weeks of management training to set every Manager up for success. 131 MAIN is the leader in upscale casual dining featuring fresh, made from scratch cuisine and friendly, efficient service. Privately owned with locations in Charlotte and Asheville, NC. New store openings are planned. We are open for lunch and dinner. Experienced candidates will have a minimum 2 year's experience in an upscale casual or fine dining management position. They will also have a passion for growth and a long-term commitment to bench-marking the best in the industry.
