Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $60.00 to $77.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business goals and operational performance. Analyze financial results, profitability trends, and key business drivers to provide actionable insights. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for leadership review. Partner with accounting and operations teams to support reporting, costing, inventory analysis, and financial data accuracy. Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, margins, and overall financial performance. Requirements A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance roles. Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis. Advanced Excel skills with experience working with large data sets and financial reporting. Ability to work independently in a hands on role while collaborating with cross functional teams. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Previous experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools, including Oracle or similar platforms. Background in manufacturing, consumer products, food, or beverage industries, preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to management.
