OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Bloomington, IL by HMD Trucking
$1,505 - $2,175 per weekFull-time

Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- CPM $0.70 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150

Step into an OTR flatbed driving role with HMD Trucking in Bloomington, IL and navigate cross-country lanes in modern, well-maintained trucks.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate sleeper-equipped flatbeds with APUs and inverters
- Secure, tarp, and haul varied freight
- Coordinate with dispatch for timely delivery
What We Offer:
- $0.70 per mile pay with up to $0.80 CPM via safety and productivity bonuses
- $5,000 sign-on bonus and pay for each haul
