1st Shift - Metal Fabrication / Welder

Job Title: Metal Fabricator / Welder Location: Watertown WI Shi f t: Salary Range : Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dependable Metal Fabricator/Welder with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in metal fabrication and welding. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a consistent attendance record, and the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Fabricate and assemble metal components to specifications
• Perform MIG/Flux core welding as required
• Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, grinders, press, and manual plasma
• Ensure all parts meet quality standards and specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in metal fabrication and welding
• Strong welding skills (GMAW/FCAW)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measurements accurately
• Solid understanding of fabrication processes and shop equipment
• Proven reliability with strong attendance and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, and dust

Preferred Qualifications:

• Welding certifications (AWS or equivalent)
• Experience in a custom fabrication environment
