Our construction company needs an experienced construction project manager to supervise project plans and oversee general contractors to ensure their work is high-quality, finished efficiently, and within the predetermined budget. We need someone who isn't afraid to throw on their tool belt and get the job done!

Compensation:

$40 - $50 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Ensure teams work to follow all health and safety standards to prevent injuries and obstacles to project completion, and quickly report any safety regulation issues
• Provide the cost estimate of the construction up front and accurately control the budget throughout the project
• Acquire the appropriate licenses and permits from the corresponding authorities and ensure construction is up to code
• Inform key stakeholders of the status of the project by producing regular progress reports
• Work with general contractors, critical subcontractors, and external vendors to negotiate profitable contracts

Qualifications:

• Construction or project management software experience is a significant plus
• 1+ years of experience as a construction project manager
• In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, construction processes, and project management principles
• Strong communication skills, leadership skills, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and time-management skills
