We provide an environment where you will excel both professionally and personally and have opportunities to continue to grow with the company.As the General Manager, you will lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service, build sales and control costs for the restaurant.What you will bring to the role:PeopleDemonstrate and reinforce Marco's leadership behaviors and values.Create an environment that promotes the company culture and philosophies to attract, retain and develop our people.Source and interview all store employees to ensure they will embrace our values, including a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.Training team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures to ensure we are a world class operation.Ensure all aspects of human resources are followed including scheduling, payroll, benefits, performance reviews and reporting to the home office as requested.Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training.ProductEnsure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.Ensure appropriate inventory par levels and ordering system are in place.Complete weekly inventory.Complete end of period inventory.ManagementEnsure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.Complete inventory reporting, ensure appropriate inventory par levels are met and ordering system is in place.Accountable for creating store Action Plans including marketing to continuously improve the business.Accountable for weekly KPIs and plan to achieve goalsEnsure the store and exterior of the property are maintained.Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.Requirements:3 years of leadership experience, required1 year of restaurant experience, preferredAbility to lead up to 20 team membersWilling to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and SundaysWhat we will offer to you:Competitive compensation and benefits with opportunities to earn bonuses with exceptional performanceMedical, Dental and Vision InsuranceCompany Paid Life InsurancePaid Time Off401(k) with company match of 50%#HRGjobs #J-18808-Ljbffr
