Join us in shaping a new era in space and find a career that's built for you.Selected candidate will be an analyst for the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) program providing management of multiple subcontractors, program funding execution and potentially supporting material earned value activities. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:Partner closely with control account managers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all subcontract earned value management deliverablesPerform financial analysis, establish performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, and risk and opportunity managementProvide management and analysis of program funding forecasting and planning activities across multiple customers and complex contractsSupport various material earned value activities, update and maintain material cost structures in SAP/ERP, and develop material data and basis for proposalsIntegrate information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data into actionable business solution recommendationsDevelop and utilize forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision makingDevelop and provide actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisionsCollaborate closely with other cross-functional teams to drive effective business outcomes and achieve program goalsBasic Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master’s degree- Effective communication skills; both oral and written- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)- Demonstrate ability to be a team player and build effective relationships in a cross-functional environment- Experience with financial analysis or anything else in finance - Experience working with complex data sets or anything elseDesired Skills- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)- Experience with government / DoD Contracts- Familiarity with funding/colors of money and complex CLIN structures- Experience with Cobra, SAP and/or ERP/MRP- Experience with Material Earned Value (MEV), material demand, GPD, breakpoints and Bill of Materials (BOM)- Experience with government contract proposals or negotiations- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills- Demonstrated strong analytical skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment- Quick learner with aptitude for various systems and processes- Ability to diagnose problems and recommend solutions- Ability to innovate and streamline current processes- Bachelors or master’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education, with 7+ years of professional experience- Secret clearance-Proficent in ExcelPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $100200.00 - $186200.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
