Sr. Project Manager (US Comms) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Circulatory Restoration

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Project Manager for US Communications in their Cardiovascular Solutions division. The role involves leading commercial and marketing initiatives across cross-functional teams in a regulated environment, with full remote flexibility throughout the US.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans with technical requirements and risk assessments
- Partner with functional leaders to identify resources and determine budgets for approved projects
- Ensure visibility and reporting of project progress across functions and leadership levels
- Identify project risks early, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues to executives
- Lead post-launch activities including performance analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of project/program management experience in MedTech or regulated industries
- Industry-recognized project management certification (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and drive results
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to work through others
- Excellent communication and executive-level influencing capabilities
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 10%
