Turbo Warehouse Clerk

Industrial Injection is looking for a dependable Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our Turbo Shop team in South Salt Lake. This position helps keep parts, materials, and shipments moving accurately through the operation by supporting receiving, shipping, inventory handling, documentation, and warehouse organization.

We are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in staying organized, and understands the importance of accuracy in a warehouse environment. The right person will be reliable, detail-oriented, safety-minded, and willing to help wherever needed to support daily warehouse and production operations.

What You'll Do

• Receive and unload incoming materials, parts, and supplies.
• Verify shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and related documentation.
• Prepare outbound shipments for postal, freight, and commercial carriers.
• Package, label, sort, count, stock, and log incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Check quantities, destinations, routing information, and shipment details for accuracy.
• Inspect shipments for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Help maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Deliver materials and supplies to internal departments as needed.
• Operate pallet jacks, dollies, forklifts, shrink-wrap equipment, and other warehouse equipment as authorized.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company safety rules, PPE requirements, warehouse procedures, and quality expectations.

Helpful Experience

• Warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, stockroom, or material handling experience.
• Forklift experience or willingness to become forklift certified.
• Experience with pallet jacks, dollies, shrink-wrap equipment, or similar warehouse equipment.
• Experience with packing slips, purchase orders, shipping labels, bills of lading, or carrier documentation.
• Experience using inventory systems, ERP systems, scanners, or warehouse tracking processes.
• Experience in a manufacturing, production, automotive, diesel, industrial, or shop environment.

Work Environment

This position works in a warehouse and industrial shop environment. The job requires standing and walking for extended periods, handling packages and parts, and performing frequent bending, reaching, twisting, squatting, and occasional kneeling. This role may require lifting and moving materials, packages, and inventory items up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Employees must follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
