• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Patients undergoing coronary device implant (pacemakers/ICDs), diagnostic EP and ablation procedures including pacemakers, ICDs, loop recorders, lead extractions, VT/PVC/AFib ablations 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; ARRT R for RAD license and RCIS/RCES for CIS license required 4. License: WA RAD LICENSE or WA CARDIOVASCULAR INVASIVE SPECIALIST REQUIRED 5.
