Vice President, Mar-tech Partnerships (New York)

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President Mar-Tech Partnerships to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $225,000 – $327,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Define target partner profiles aligned to personalization solutions
- Identify and engage prospective partners through structured outreach
- Drive onboarding and activation of new partners for success
- Manage pipeline and forecast reporting to exceed revenue targets
- Conduct partner alignment sessions for pipeline health analysis
- Engage cross-functional teams to support partner-driven opportunities
- Build and lead a high-performing channel partnerships team
Qualifications
- 15+ years of channel, partnerships, or relevant commercial experience
- Proven track record in recruiting and developing partner ecosystems
- Deep understanding of digital engagement and retail commerce
- Experience managing joint business planning processes
- Strong personal network in martech and retail media
- Ability to influence cross-functionally in complex organizations
- Entrepreneurial mindset with urgency and outcome focus
