Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses to provide patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility for variable shifts and adherence to strict compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide trauma and emergency care to patients based on assessed needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient conditions, documenting vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure all clinical procedures comply with hospital policies and safety regulations.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid California RN license with Nursys verification within the last two weeks.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ER nursing experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC or NIHSS certifications with valid expiration dates.
• Ability to work 3 shifts of 12 hours, including variable start times from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, every other weekend.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Able to complete required onboarding modules within 3-5 days of contract signing.
