Job Description Job Description BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Special Needs Caregivers (DSP) to join the team in Chester County and Delaware County, PA. BAYADA’s Special Needs Caregiver (DSP) work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. We are part-time and provide flexibility with scheduling through various shift locations and times throughout Chester and Delaware County, PA.
