Healthcare FacilityCertified Respiratory Therapist - Full Time, Night Shift

This role may qualify for a sign-on bonus of up to $30,000 based on experience.

Position Overview and Qualifications

This role involves executing respiratory care procedures in both acute and critical care settings within the facility. Responsibilities also include conducting point-of-care (P.O.C.) testing, performing arterial punctures, analyzing blood gases, and ensuring quality control (QC) for blood gas equipment.

Qualifications Required:

Education and Skills

• Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.

Experience

• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Licenses, Registrations, and Certifications

• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license in Texas.
• Active CRT credentials from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification must be obtained within 90 days from an approved vendor.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required within 120 days of hire.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required within 120 days of hire if working in the NICU.
