Job Title: L&D RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: Contract Shift: Variable Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2+ years of Labor and Delivery experience required License: Must have an active RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP required Must-Have: AWHONN intermediate Fetal Monitoring class completed and passed required Description: Seeking an experienced L&D RN for a fast-paced, dynamic unit. The RN will be responsible for managing high acuity patients. Ratios are 1-2:1, requiring the ability to handle multiple patients effectively. Floating may be required to other units or campuses as necessary. Call requirements include 12 hours in a 6-week scheduling period. Familiarity with EMR systems is necessary, specifically Epic. Scrub colors are Galaxy Blue and/or White. Degree accreditation must be included in the profile, or 5 years of relevant experience is required. Culture is a key component, and travelers are expected to integrate into the team and work as core staff. All demographic information must be submitted with applications for consideration.
