Human Resources AssistantWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of the HR department. Full-Time employment, Monday through Friday. Standard office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm. Our offices are located in Batesville, AR.Responsibilities:Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties, i.e., answering incoming calls and directing all inquiries to the appropriate team memberProvide administrative support to the HR teamMaintain employee records (physical and digital) via the current HRIS platform (Paylocity)Launch and maintain the new hire on-boarding processConducting all new hire background checksHandle employee inquiries regarding the new hire on-boarding process and the HRIS platformAssist with new hire and annual training programs. Which will include documenting training hours and maintaining renewal certificationPreferred but not required:Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Paylocity) is a plusUnderstanding of recruiting principles and practicesThis position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the field of Human Resources.
