Must be a proven professional with compassion, integrity, and honesty.• The ability to work under pressure, resolve conflict, prioritize tasks, and follow through with creative ideas.• Have a keen ability to foster teamwork with co-workers, show initiative in overcoming obstacles, helping others beyond the job responsibilities, and creating positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors.Activity Assistant Education and Experience:• Must hold a valid NYS driver's license, required• High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent, required• Minimum 3 years experience in Senior Assisted Living, preferredCompany Overview:Peregrine Senior Living is known for their innovative leadership in revolutionizing care for the elderly.
