Job Description

Job Title: Proshield Security Dispatcher Company: Hawkins Empire Division: Proshield Security Location: Jackson, MS Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

The Proshield Security Dispatcher is responsible for monitoring radio traffic, assigning calls, documenting incidents, and supporting officers in the field. This role ensures fast communication, accurate reporting, and smooth coordination between officers and command staff.

Qualifications

• Call Assignment Dispatch officers to alarms, incidents, and service calls

• Radio Monitoring Maintain clear, professional radio communication

• Incident Logging Record all calls, officer activity, and incident details

• Officer Support Provide information, updates, and assistance to officers

• Client Communication Answer calls from clients and relay information

• Shift Reporting Complete dispatch logs and submit shift summaries

• Emergency Coordination Assist with high-priority or emergency situations

• Professional Conduct Maintain calm, clear communication at all times

Requirements

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to multitask

• Reliable and punctual

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to remain calm under pressure

• Must pass background screening

Preferred

• Dispatch experience

• Security or law enforcement background

• Experience with incident reporting
