Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and family dynamics through clinical interviews and standardized assessments.

• Lead both joint therapy sessions and individual counseling, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each couple or family.

• Address a wide array of issues including, but not limited to: substance abuse, trauma, grief, conflict resolution, medical-related stress, and family restructuring.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, adapting strategies based on client progress and feedback.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
