- Manage Complete Searches from beginning to conclusion.
- Serve as a Client Partner to fully grasp their hiring requirements, challenges, and cultural nuances.
- Utilize Strategic Sourcing via our proprietary CRM/ATS while also leveraging your personal connections and advanced tools.
- Maximize Our Platform to oversee candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placements to drive long-term value for clients and lucrative returns for yourself.
- Engage in Thought Leadership to enhance our standing - and yours.
- Access to Our Comprehensive Technology Suite: CRM, ATS, and marketing communications accessed through a seamless interface. Forget juggling multiple tools and getting lost in your email.
- Personal Marketing Support: Ready to elevate your brand presence? We assist in creating recruiter-specific landing pages and marketing initiatives.
- Recruiting Operations Support: We handle everything from contracts and credentialing to compliance and beyond, letting you focus on what matters.
- Commission Structure Based on Performance: Our industry-leading commission rates are uncapped, allowing for limitless earning potential.
- Flexibility to Work Remotely: Enjoy the freedom of a fully remote role with complete operational flexibility.
- 2 to 3+ years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience.
- Familiarity with healthcare or an eagerness to learn- we're here to guide you.
- Adept at fostering client relationships and closing deals.
- Comfortable navigating ATS/CRM systems (training on ours will be provided).
