Your Responsibilities

• Manage Complete Searches from beginning to conclusion.
• Serve as a Client Partner to fully grasp their hiring requirements, challenges, and cultural nuances.
• Utilize Strategic Sourcing via our proprietary CRM/ATS while also leveraging your personal connections and advanced tools.
• Maximize Our Platform to oversee candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements to drive long-term value for clients and lucrative returns for yourself.
• Engage in Thought Leadership to enhance our standing - and yours.
