Retail Associate – Inventory Specialist Starting Wage: $17.00–$19.00 per hour. Part‑time or full‑time hours. The more you are available, the more you can earn. Follow a clear, consistent workflow. Move between inventory locations, walking or standing for extended periods. Meet daily performance goals; earn productivity‑based wage increases. Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work is preferred. No inventory experience needed – training provided. Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts. Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools. Strong focus, attention to detail, reliable attendance, and positive, team‑oriented attitude. Access to reliable transportation. Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequently squat, kneel, or crouch, use a ladder, lift up to 25 lbs, travel via car and occasionally by plane, and stay overnight as needed.
