Rental Department Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, motivated and customer focused Rental Department Assistant to join our team in a casual capacity. This is an on the road position, supporting and assisting our Rental Department with a variety of day to day tasks. The role would suit someone who is organised, hands on, professional and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. About the Role Your responsibilities will include assisting the Rental Department with; Conducting property inspections and routine inspections Assisting with property access and keys Supporting the team with rental related tasks while out on the road Meeting tradespeople, renters and contractors when required Assisting with general property and rental department duties Helping ensure properties are presented and maintained to a high standard Other administrative and on the road duties as required To be successful in this role, you will have; A valid Agents Representative Certificate A current and valid Australian driver's licence Reliable transport A professional and friendly manner Excellent communication and organisational skills The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively The ability to interact professionally with tenants, owners, tradespeople and team members Casual position On the road role Must be available to work 2 Saturdays per month Hours to be discussed based on business requirements and availability Great opportunity for someone looking to build experience within the property/rental industry If you are reliable, organised and enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr Professionals Real Estate
