What You’ll Do
- Execute a variety of skilled trade tasks with precision and a high standard of quality.
- Diagnose issues on-site and implement effective, long-term solutions independently.
- Organize and manage your daily tasks, materials, and timeline to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and clients to ensure project success.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of proven hands-on experience in skilled trades.
- Ideal Candidate Expertise: Strong background in the remodeling industry with well-rounded, hands-on experience in:
- Carpentry
- Base and crown molding installation
- Cabinet Installation
- Drywall
- Painting
- Finish work
- Flooring
- Tools & Transport: Must possess your own reliable transportation and a comprehensive set of professional hand and power tools to get the job done.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and top-tier problem-solving abilities. You know how to look at a challenge, figure out a fix, and execute it efficiently.
- Reliability: A strong sense of accountability, punctual habits, and a "get-it-done" attitude.
