Manager, Owned Retail Analytics & Insights, Performance Excellence

Summary The Manager, Owned Retail Analytics & Insights leads retail performance reporting, sales planning, and business intelligence to drive commercial decisions across owned boutiques. This role turns complex datasets into actionable insights, builds and evolves PowerBI dashboards, and ensures accurate, timely reporting to support leadership and field teams. The manager partners cross-functionally to improve reporting infrastructure and enable data-driven retail excellence. Responsibilities Deliver performance recaps that distill sales and clienteling data into actionable insights for senior leaders. Build, maintain, and enhance sales planning tools and PowerBI dashboards for boutiques and field teams. Develop and maintain business intelligence infrastructure and reporting processes. Drive continuous improvements in reporting, analytics, and data quality. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of commission and bonus reporting and payouts. Present data-driven recommendations and insights to leadership and support market visits. Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in retail, operations, business analysis, or a related field. Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI or similar visualization tools. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership. Demonstrated experience improving reporting and business intelligence infrastructure.
