Shape the school year by supporting students with crucial physical therapy services in a flexible contract position based near Winter Garden, FL. We have opportunities for one full-time professional or a combination of part-time candidates to collectively serve K-12 learners—ensuring coverage across a welcoming, diverse district. You’ll play an essential role both directly and indirectly in the growth and well-being of students, supported by a collaborative therapy team.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license required
• School-based experience strongly preferred, but not mandatory
• Ability to manage itinerant assignments across multiple schools daily
• Experience serving pediatric populations (Pre-K through 12th grade)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to complete a straightforward credentialing and onboarding process

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment and therapeutic services to K-12 students—including some Pre-K—within a supportive, team-oriented environment
• Collaborate with fellow PTs and PTAs to manage a shared caseload of 94 students
• Provide both direct treatment and indirect consultative services tailored to student needs
• Work onsite, traveling between 2–3 schools each day (assignments divided equitably within the team)
• Document and report on progress in alignment with district protocols and timelines
• Participate in the district's onboarding and credentialing to ensure a swift start
