Sales Representative Position

We are seeking a persuasive and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our BPO contact center. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, promoting products or services, and closing sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Position Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.
• Present and promote products or services to meet customer needs.
• Handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow scripts and compliance guidelines during calls.
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies.

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 12 years of sales experience in a contact center or telesales environment.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Familiarity with sales tools and CRM platforms.
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
