This is a unique opportunity to start your career in the insurance industry with on‑the‑job training, support to obtain your insurance license within six months, and excellent growth potential. Responsibilities Assist in providing exceptional customer service to clients. Learn the fundamentals of insurance policies, coverages, and agency operations. Support licensed agents in quoting, processing, and managing insurance policies. Develop skills to explain and recommend appropriate insurance products to clients. Attend training sessions and study to successfully pass the state licensing exam within six months. Meet sales quotas as established by the carriers. Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and client follow‑ups. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry. Proficient in basic computer skills and software, including Microsoft Office. Must be able to commit to obtaining a state insurance license within six months (if not already licensed). Compensation Pay Range: $12.00 to $19.00 per hour, based on experience and licensing status. Regular pay may increase based on performance.
