Senior Financial Analyst | $110,000–$140,000 Base PLUS BONUS | Hybrid (Lincoln, NE) or Remote Considered | Direct Hire

Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a trusted business partner to executive leadership and help drive critical decisions through advanced financial analysis, forecasting, pricing strategy, and business intelligence.

This is more than a traditional reporting role. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to identify profitability drivers, develop KPI frameworks, enhance forecasting capabilities, improve financial visibility, and deliver actionable insights that support both operational and strategic decision-making.

• Lead monthly forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities
• Support annual operating plans, strategic planning, and rolling forecast processes
• Develop financial models to support strategic business decisions
• Analyze pricing, product profitability, inventory, material costs, and key business drivers
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools that improve business visibility
• Partner with operational leaders to identify risks, trends, and growth opportunities
• Prepare executive-level presentations and communicate actionable recommendations
• Support cash flow forecasting and financial performance analysis
• Evaluate foreign currency impacts and financial performance across global operations
• Assist with acquisition analysis, integration activities, and strategic growth initiatives
• Utilize Power BI and advanced analytics tools to enhance reporting and decision-making

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of FP&A, Financial Analysis, or Corporate Finance experience
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling and data analysis
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Power BI (or other business intelligence platform) experience and strong data visualization capabilities
• Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting
• Strong presentation skills with executive-facing experience
• Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into actionable business recommendations

The base salary range for this position is $110,000–$140,000 , exclusive of bonus opportunities, benefits, and other forms of compensation. Final compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations.
