Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Home Infusion Pharmacist role is available for a direct hire position in Manlius, NY, offering a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This position provides an opportunity to apply your hospital and home infusion experience in a focused, patient-oriented environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Verifying intravenous (IV) medications to ensure accuracy and safety
- Supervising pharmacy technicians to maintain compliance and quality standards
- Communicating with patients regarding medication and care instructions
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Current, valid New York State pharmacist license is mandatory
- Proven experience in hospital pharmacy settings and home infusion
- Familiarity with IV compounding is highly preferred
- Clean background with no DUI or other disqualifying issues
