Production Worker
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a production worker to join their team. As a production worker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Worker
Location: Carroll, IA
Pay Range: $21.00 per hour 2nd shift 2pm-10pm Pay Range: $21.50 per hour 3rd shift 10pm-6am
What's the Job?
- Learn how to set up and operate machinery according to standard work
- Learn how to make machine adjustments
- Math skills needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Understand and follow quality testing techniques
- Inspect products using precision gauges, measuring instruments, and equipment
What's Needed?
- No prior experience required; training provided
- Ability to follow instructions and standard work procedures
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
- Willingness to support safety and quality standards
- Ability to work extended shifts/overtime as required
