What you’ll bring:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff
• Flexibility to adapt to changing student needs and schedules
• Understanding of IEPs and ability to document progress clearly

What you’ll do:

• Begin with providing one-on-one OT services for an assigned student, addressing individual goals and therapy plans
• Reassess and expand your caseload as additional students are identified, ensuring each receives high-quality support
• Develop targeted interventions that promote students’ independence and participation in the classroom
• Collaborate with teachers and other related service professionals to develop strategies and accommodations
• Track student progress, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain accurate records in compliance with school requirements
• Adapt therapy approaches as needed and provide recommendations to staff and families
