The Goddard School of Mars is currently seeking a warm, nurturing, and dependable Infant Co-Teacher to join our team! If you have a passion for early childhood education and love caring for and supporting our youngest learners, we would love to meet you.

Position: Infant Co-Teacher

As an Infant Co-Teacher, you will work alongside two other teachers to create a loving, safe, and stimulating classroom where infants grow and develop during their most important early months.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting daily care routines including feeding, diapering, and nap schedules
• Assisting with lesson implementation using our inquiry-based curriculum
• Creating a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom environment
• Building strong, trusting relationships with infants and their families
• Monitoring developmental milestones and documenting daily activities
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom
• Collaborating with fellow teachers and school leadership

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
