Certified Outpatient Auditor

To support quality assurance efforts, the full-time Certified Outpatient Auditor will conduct reviews of outpatient coding specialists, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines and maintaining accuracy rates of 95% or better, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Complete quality assurance reviews for internal and external outpatient coding specialists Provide onboarding audits and training for newly hired coding consultants Report quality results and track educational opportunities for coding specialists Required qualifications: Possession of an approved AHIMA or AAPC coding credential; CIRCC/RCCIR preferred Minimum of 4 years of coding experience required; specialty experience may be preferred At least 2 years of auditing experience preferred Recommended 2 years of remote work experience
