Job Description:

As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our restaurant. You will lead our team to deliver flawless service, uphold our high standards, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience. This role requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about the hospitality industry and dedicated to fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Lead, train, and motivate staff to perform at their highest potential.

Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow.

Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and grace.

Maintain a pristine and inviting dining atmosphere.

Assist in inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-end, full-service dining environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.

Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to hospitality excellence.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including P\&L, inventory, and staff management.
