Benefits Specialist — HRIS & Self-Insured Plans
Broughton Group
Broughton Group is seeking an experienced Benefits Specialist at its Virginia Beach location to oversee employee benefits programs. This role includes administration, compliance oversight, and enhancement of benefits programs while ensuring employees receive high-quality service throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, along with 3–5 years of experience in benefits administration, particularly involving self-insured plans.
