Key Responsibilities

Schedule imaging appointments for CT, MRI, and other diagnostic imaging services.

Handle both inbound and outbound patient calls.

Review and work assigned scheduling queues.

Coordinate appointments across multiple imaging locations.

Verify scheduling requirements and ensure accurate appointment placement.

Provide compassionate, patient-centered service during every interaction.

Help reduce scheduling backlogs and improve patient access to care.

Utilize medical terminology and imaging knowledge to support scheduling activities.

Maintain productivity and quality standards in a remote environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must-Haves:

EPIC experience scheduling

Minimum of 2 years of medical scheduling experience.

Previous imaging scheduling experience required.

Experience scheduling CT and MRI appointments.

Strong understanding of medical terminology.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Professional phone presence with empathy and compassion for patients.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Must reside in California.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience scheduling multiple imaging modalities, including ultrasound.

Experience working within a high-volume healthcare call center or centralized scheduling environment.

Experience using electronic medical records and scheduling platforms.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fresno, CA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
