We are looking for compassionate individuals with critical thinking skills to quickly solve problems and work alongside our team. Schedule Full-time (36 hours per week) What You'll Do Responsible for evaluation and treatment of patients with Cardiac or Pulmonary disorders. Obtains, analyzes and correlates patient clinical data and makes recommendations and / or implements care plan. Manages complex patient / ventilator systems within protocol guidelines. Anticipates crises and complications and performs or recommends appropriate interventions. Works independently within departmental guidelines. Requirements Currently registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Licensed as an RCP in Missouri. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred. PALS Provider preferred. ECMO experience. S.T.A.B.L.E. Learner. AHA ACLS within 180 days. AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 30 days.
